I was moving from Atlanta to San Diego and needed my car there within the next 7-9 days so that my boyfriend would be able to pick me up from LAX. I called and was set up with New America Transportation and Antonio as the driver, to handle the shipping of the car. I was told that Antonio would be picking the car up the very next day and that he would be giving me a call that evening. The driver never once called me throughout the entire process. I was calling him everyday sometimes multiple times a day to find out when he was coming to pickup my car. He made multiple excuses of why he would have to pick it up the next day. Antonio was supposed to pick my car up on a Tuesday and finally came on Thursday. He told me that the car would be in San Diego on Tuesday. I called Tuesday night and he told me that he thought I meant Thursday. So, after clarifying what we had talked about, we decided that it was definitely going to be there on Thursday, no matter what. I then expected it there on Thursday. Thursday afternoon, I called and Antonio told me he was in LA and to have some patience. I never heard from him for the rest of the night or in the next 3 days or so, he refused to answer my calls. I eventually got my car back after having to meet the driver in another part of San Diego, almost a week after the car was supposed to have been delivered!
