I have been waiting 8 months for Monies that are due to me from damaged and stolen items. Nationwide Relocation Services has put me on hold for payment from the insurance company. Which i'm not surprised. This moving company has got to be the worse of all moving companies I've ever heard of. It would have been cheaper for me to rent a Uhaul and have neighborhood guys load and unload me and none of my personal belongings would not have been damaged or missing. When I talked to Mr. Sanchez he told me there would be a 48' van and tractor to pick up my household items in Oct of 2010, my house sold and the new owners could not move in until I was completely moved. A couple of guys driving a Penske rental truck( they were( subcontracted by Nationwide relocation) shows up 9 days later to move my items,( what happened to the tractor & trailer) I don't know, anyway my things are loaded and it's a 10 hour drive to my new home. I arrived the next day to my home and awaited the delivery of my things. The truck doesn't show up. I have physical disabilities and I slept on the floor for days still waiting for my things. This caused me to have back aches and other problems. I had to go buy an air matress to sleep on and towels for bathing and a bunch of other things . With no plates, cups & silver wares I had to eat out every day costing me more money that I really didn't have to spend. It was sometime in November when my things arrived. Of course they would not unload until I handed over cash payment. I had the money and paid half before they unloaded my stuff, things were not loaded as they had been when the truck left Ohio. They had put my things in some storage unit for days and went off to do another job. I contacted police and had a warrant put out on the drivers and the truck. I guess I should be thankful they showed up when they did. I paid them off. I hope no one has to go through his nightmare. Please tell everyone not to use Nationwide Relocation Services to move their personal belongings.
