No better than lier and cheater

What they usually do is take your money first and promise to provide the service. The question is they sometime just cannot find a carrier for you. Keeping you waiting and waiting till you have to pay extra money for new carrier for short time notice. You have to pay for the hotel reservation and lots of phone call. They just tell you they are looking.
Why, the reason is that they are pretty like a disabled person promising you to help but they are in need of help. They don’t have a truck and the ability to help. Only when they accidently find a carrier goes by you and willing to take your staff may you get helped. The chance is rear.
So they are making money by taking chance. They don’t care about the customers. They are not reliable. All they care about is lie to you first with a promise and take you deposit. When they cannot keep the promise they just leave all the mess to you and they just turn to another victim for deposit.
