I am a car collector and use transportation companies from time to time. Because I was shipping a classic vehicle, I choose an enclosed trailer. By perfectly detailed vehicle was picked up on 2/29/12, and I was told it would be delivered on 3/8/12 (+/- 2 days.). 3/10/12 had come and gone and no vehicle. When I made an inquiry, the customer service person listened, but said they had to get back to me. Several days went by and I was told the truck was late leaving California. (you would I would have been notified, but that never happened.) Another week went by and no vehicle. This time I was told the truck broke down and it would be fixed in a few days. Another few days went by and I received no call, so made another inquiry. This time I was told they had to order a part to fix the truck and I was told vehicle should arrive in 2 to 3 days after the part was installed. Nearly a week went by and no vehicle, but did I receive a call....absoutely not. I made another inquiry. Finally, I get a call from the owner and he went on the explain that there was another breakdown and that the trailer was damaged and would be fixed in a few days. Hopefully, you are beginning to get the picture. This company has crap for equipment and is even worse at customer service. When my vehicle did arrive, it was after 9 PM. It was dark and nearly impossible to inspect the vehicle. However, when the vehicle was pulled off the truck, it was a disaster....it looked like it was in a dust storm....filthy dirty. Now I was really pissed off, but did I get an apology.....hell no,but the shipment was discounted $300. That wasn't enough for the all the trouble!!!!
