The day of the pick up the driver called and said he was at the address provided. They had given him the wrong zip code and he argued with us that he was where he was suppose to be. After surviving his bad attitude we finally got him to the right location for the pick up. I looked at the order and much of the information had been copied wrongly. A few days before the scheduled delivery I called to confirm and was told they would call on Sat. with an update and then on Mon (day of delivery) to confirm time. They never called Sat. I called and no response. They never called Mon. I called and was told to call the driver for info. The driver had just left California and wasn't sure he'd make it in a week...that was the day it scheduled to be delivered after I was told 9 to 11 days. I complained to the company and was told the owner, Demitry would call to explain and apologize. He never called. I called again and my phone call was not returned. I finally got a hold of Sarah in the office and she said she was texting him my number right now and he was going to call...that was a week ago and I've never heard from him. The driver finally got the car to it's destination a week later at 2am. Never would I use a company that has no customer service. I understand issues, but never to call or explain is outrageous!
