We have used National Transport before once before and were very pleased. This is our 2nd time with this company and we were not disappointed. The whole customer service staff from beginning to end were very friendly, polite and patient. The fee for one-way, enclosed trailer was $1,295.00, which was at least $400.00 less than some of the other companies I contacted. Even though they were lower cost, the customer service was top notch, in my opinion. The driver checked out the car thoroughly before we signed the release and there was no damage. He also kept us informed to his arrival time and found our place with no glitches. He seemed to know about exotic cars and was very careful handling the vehicle. We are a shop in New Mexico and work on very expensive, exotic cars, so our customers expect us to use qualified transport companies. So, after our two experiences with National Transport, we would highly recommend to any one looking to transport their special vehicle.
