National Transport was excellent. I called on Tuesday to inquire about cost and my car was picked up on Wed and delivered to Rochester (from Long Island) on Thursday. The customer service on the 800 number was outstanding. They were able to answer all of my questions and I always got a human, even when I called at a time that I thought would be after hours. The driver, Jerry, was also outstanding. He kept us informed and worked with us on delivery.(The apartment parking lot was very tight, so he found a spot within a 1/2 mile that was perfect for delivery). Their price was better then we expected and exactly what they had stated from the start... no surprises. I would highly recommend them.
