To whomever it may concern,

When I run my business my motivation for working hard is to see people happy but also the fact that when I make my customers happy I will get paid. This works out because I own the business.
That being said Kirby helped me above and beyond anything I would’ve expected from someone who wasn’t an owner of a business. I was a very needy customer and wanted to be communicated with daily so I was able to know what was happening and Kirby constantly updated me to what was happening. He went above and beyond in his attentiveness to helping me and seeing the project through, and not just putting me on a back burner. I truly felt like a priority which is what kept me as a customer instead of looking for the service elsewhere.
I was hesitant to use National Transport due to a few online reviews that were negative. That being said Kirby from our first phone call took away any insecurities that I had and absolutely made me a repeat customer for whenever I ship products cross country.
My shipping requirement was very peculiar and needed special consideration. I'm sure it would’ve been easier for him to just focus on easier things to ship such as cars but he stayed with me and helped me get my product and that means a lot. He is an asset to this company in regards to his outstanding customer service and consideration in dealing with customers individuals needs. He was always just a text or call away and very responsive.

I will continually recommend any colleague to Kirby specifically at National Transport.
