Terrible service!!! DO NOT USE!

Called in with general questions and concerns, Michael was very rushed and gave me inaccurate time frames. Michael never called me back to start the process . I had to call several times to give him my deposit! Kept feeling like I was a nuisance to everyone there. At times no one answered my call like they were avoiding me. When I was able to get to my rep, Michael, made me feel like a nag, with responses like" I’m working on it." when my estimated pick up day came and went with not a word I figured I should call in again. Michael told me that their systems went down and they were unable to confirm with the drivers. Then he told me that they were moving and their office was in upheaval. I told them I would be looking into other services and he was quick to call ALL other transport companies liars and cheats....How unprofessional! Michael told me that he would do everything he could to get some info and he would call me back before the end of the day with news either way. Surprise surprise, he never did. Just didn’t seem like this company wanted my business. Time wise, I lost 2 weeks with this company and I still do not have my car! This is just a terrible business. Do not use this company to do any transport work for you. I don’t know how they have an A+ with the BBB with such shoty service!
