I called Mr. Wade when I got home from work on 4/13/17 and tried to set something up for the following day, 4/14/17. I signed his contract. On Friday, April 14th, Mr. Wade said he would have someone pick up the vehicle following Wednesday, April 19, 2017. What happened to this evening, which was 4/13/17? I then called another company that I had been talking with since April 1st. This company had a car carrier available for Monday, April 10th. I then called Mr. Wade back and informed him that there was another company I was going with because they could provide faster service. Mr. Wade informed me that the other company was lying. He gave me several examples of possible deceit, even though the other company had provided me with the drivers name and insurance information. Mr. Wade still insisted they were not telling the truth. As I continued to go with other company Mr. Wade continued to harass me, my elderly parents as well as the collision store that the vehicle was located at. Mr. Wade charged our credit card the $75.00 cancellation fee during these harassing conversations via phone as well as text. But on Monday, April 17th Mr. Wade sent someone without any authorization on our part to pick up this vehicle. When the company arrived that we indeed hire, the vehicle was no longer there. MoveWheels (A.K.A. BWT Group) and Mr. Wade never provided us with a heads up about this and never provided driver information. I consider this be stealing our vehicle not to mention VERY poor business practice. When the vehicle arrived we owed more money than we would have if we had gone with company that I truly want to move the vehicle. Again why is this ok?
