Carol was initially great, responding quickly with pricing that was in the ballpark with many other vendors. Prices ranged from $400 to $800 and she quoted $485. On Thursday I selected Mercury based on their reviews, and pulled the request to other vendors. On Sunday Carol notified me she had found someone, and it would cost me $800 for open transport including her fee.

I immediately pulled the business from Mercury, and within an hour decided on Montway. Booking was made Sunday, the Sienna got picked up two days later and arrived in Michigan on Wednesday for $600. Bonus: the van was in a closed transport.

Beware of bait and switch!
