Karsten Desario was honest and explained to me the entire process over the phone, at the promised date I contacted him to check the status of my order, within 24 hours he confirmed the carrier name, estimated pick up and delivery dates. the actual cost was $ 200.00 higher than the estimate ( for two cars) but still good and competitive. The driver was very good and kept me informed about the delivery time. My cars were delivered in good condition.. Thanks to Mercury Auto Transport !!
