My first cross country shipping experience was potentially ridden with many complications and logistical difficulties, so I was prepared for the worst. Instead my expectations were completely surpassed, and I'm extremely grateful for choosing Mercury to handle my car. My agent John Craven was literally the most experienced, knowledgable, and steady hand to guide me through the process. And even though my car arrived early to my destination, Mercury was able to take custody of the vehicle until I arrived in state. You can't ask for better customer satisfaction.
