Never, ever, use MVG Group USA (also call themselves MVG Transporting System, Inc.). They are an absolute nightmare. They were 4 days late in picking up my vehicle (a 1994 Chevy Camaro Z28), and called to claim they needed $200 to come get the vehicle. After we spoke to the dispatcher, they said they did not need money up front. At this point I should have known better, but I gave them the car anyway. The car was not delivered until 18 days after the estimated delivery date. I called both them and M2Reeves, the shipping company I hired that contracted to them, several times and each time the driver and dispatcher promised the car in another day or two. This continued for nearly 3 weeks and I had to threaten to report the car as stolen before it was finally delivered. When it was delivered, there were cigarette burns in the seat, the power antenna had been broken, and worst of all there had been 600 MILES PUT ON THE ODOMETER!!! When I called the dispatcher to complain, he claimed that they had unloaded the car before weigh stations and loaded it back on after the waystation, driving the car past each station to avoid being overweight. He also admitted that he had driven the car from PA to NJ instead of putting it on the trailer because they had to many cars and couldn't fit it. He went on to say that they HAVE TO DO THINGS THAT ARE ILLEGAL TO MAKE A PROFIT, AND THAT MOST CUSTOMERS NEVER KNOW. The first time I drove the car on the highway after recieving it, the transmission blew and the car had to be taken to a dealership for EXTENSIVE repairs. I intend to sue the company for all the damage done to my car, because they have refused any offer to settle the damages. Avoid MVG Group like the plague!!!
