Being my first time needing a car transportation service, I was unsure how to proceed and what to expect. After researching various companies in the area for a cross country transport (CA to MD), I selected Hilton Auto based on price and its ratings on service. I was pleasantly surprised to find the entire process was very painless. I was not able to be where the vehicle was located for pickup and had to coordinate with a relative to assist. Because of this, timing of the pickup was important to minimize the inconvenience to others. The pickup was on time and went smoothly. Additionally, the drop off was on time. Overall, I had an excellent experience with the Company.
