Exceptional Experience with Hilton Auto Transport

I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of Nichole at Hilton Auto Transport. She put my mind at ease fairly quickly, and explained the process of transporting my brother's Toyota Camry all the way from California to Pennsylvania. Before I decided to use this company, I did a lot of research and was impressed by Hilton's excellent Better Business Bureau rating and the fact that they are on Angie's List as well. As promised, the driver contacted my brother a few days prior to pick-up and confirmed the location. Then, a day prior to pick-up, the driver called my brother with a four hour time window, and arrived during that time frame. Nichole urged me to contact her with any questions during the whole process, so I called a few days after the car had been picked up, and she informed me that I could expect the car within the next two days and the driver would call the day of delivery, which he did. He arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected, which was okay with me since I was home that day. The driver was friendly and helpful. The pick-up was on August 23rd and the delivery was on September 1st, which is a total of 10 days from pick-up to delivery, which is pretty good when you're transporting a vehicle all the way across the country. I would not hesitate to contact Hilton Auto Transport if I ever needed their services again.
