I have shipped autos in the past and have not had very good luck. All of the problems that are covered in other reviews seem to happen regularly and I always felt that I was basically at the mercy of the carrier.

This time I requested and received about a dozen quotes. The Hilton bid was at about the mid point of all of the bids that I received. However, after researching this site, talking to the various companies, and then checking with the BBB, the choice was simple. Hilton clearly stood out (based on research only) as the "no-brainer" selection, so I went with it.

Fortunately for me, reality bore out the research. The transaction went perfectly smooth and was complete within just a few days.

If I ever need to ship another car, I will not hesitate to use Hilton, nor will I hesitate to recommend it to anyone who ever asks.
