I sent my Honda Accord from Texas to Massachusetts to my granddaughter. I was expecting it to be a worrisome process. From my prompt call from the company when they got my on line request, it has been delightfully easy for us. The bus driver was great, on time and told us what he would do to connect with my granddaughter at the other end. He selected a convenient place to meet her since he could not go into her neighborhood, told her she had great grandparents and offered to pay her cab fare to the site. WOW!
