There were numerous problems. The actual price was higher than quoted. The driver missed pick up by several days and Haul Away sent me the number to call the driver. Never got an estimated delivery until hours before drop off when I was at work. Never got a contract. Wasn’t told to pay the delivery in cash (no credit cards). Never heard back after they took my deposit. The delivery driver said Haul Away should have done all of the above and that I shouldn’t have had to call the driver directly unless there was a need that haul away couldn’t do.
