First off let me explain my belief regarding the key to any organizations success: COMMUNICATION!! COMMUNICATION!! COMMUNICATION!! Keith (broker w/Haul Away Logistics LLC) and Alex ( the polite driver) were totally on point!!! Keith found a reasonable price to ship two vehicles (a 1935 Ford Slant back, and a 2004 Chevy SSR) from remote area just outside San Diego, California to central Florida (“the Villages”). Keith was upfront with all details from the “no shit” price to shipment details. During that time Keith always kept us abreast of what was going on and we should expect. There was no question we picked the right company to assist us in this move. Furthermore, there was no question Keith picked the right driver to move our precious vehicles!!! Totally awesome. The day of pick up required pre-notification that would allow me to drive one car to meeting point, get picked up and return with second car (40 min each way, sometimes it sucks to live up in the mountains). The first car upon arriving at prescribed meeting location ended up blowing out the rear end (less than 100 feet from where I initially wanted to be) on the car (go figure it’s the 1935). Alex went above and beyond the required time to unload other vehicles and move the 1935 to front of trailer for a “last delivery.” This took us just around 4-5 hours to complete between Alex and myself. We understand family in FL will have to utilized a wrecker to get the 35’ off the trailer however the assistance with the driver was way above and beyond expected. This was a win-win situation for all parties and if I had to do it again I would surely utilize Keith from Haul Away Logistics (954) 451-8974 and Alex for any referrals or future moves. You will not be disappointed contacting Keith!!! 5 stars, I’d give 10 stars but there scale stopped at 5 ;-) Thank you from our family to yours for all your assistance.
