Great Service............ until they get your money

Used their service because a friend referred me who said he never had any issues with them. They communicated with me very well until I gave them my deposit. I was to meet the drive in PHX on a Tuesday when he didn't show I called Haul Away to which they said the original person I talked to they "had to let go". The owner, Chris said the earliest they can get a driver is Thursday morning. I had to book 2 more days at the hotel and sit around and wait. I'm giving 2 stars for the driver that showed up. He was suppose to have a winch but got my 25ft motor home on his trailer and off the trailer at the final destination without a winch. Props to him. After the drop off I payed the driver $200 then what I was quoted. I called Haul Away to try and get a refund but I either got hung up on or no answer. Stay away from this company they're nothing but crooks.
