Long a short – I do not typically take the time to write reviews and when I do they are typically one liners so read on.

I had a horrible experience with a car repair at Interstate Dodge in west Monroe Louisiana. 30 days and car still wasn’t repaired so I had to arrange for a flight home and schedule transport of my vehicle back to NJ. New to the transport industry which is like Wild West city and not well regulated and started sourcing Quotes which were all over the map - 730.00 through 1900.00 dollars. Then I realized that in general you do not always get to work directly with the shipping company and using a broker can be an advantage.

This is where research comes in and knowing who you are working with. I initially contracted with Premier Auto (stay away from working Anthony Chavez wherever he pops up) who took a 130.99 deposit to assist in arranging and managing transport. Daniel Blum of Haul Away Auto Transport who had also provided a Quote was concerned when he heard who I was working with. He alerted me to their poor ratings and upon doing more research I quickly realized I made a mistake. (I cancelled service two days after the order and two weeks before pick up and still haven’t gotten my deposit back despite a full refund guarantee… thankfully my credit card company will take care of that)

Daniel Blum of Haul Away jumped right in, secured me transport (twice as the dealership botched the first pickup) that was not only less expensive than dealing with a major transport company (DAS - 1295) but got my vehicle back to me in less than 2 days.

I was in a pinch, out of state, not with the vehicle, and needed of a quick solution with a company I could trust. Daniel Blum and Haul Away were a true partner, looking out for my best interest and didn’t take a penny upfront until the truck arrived at my home. While I do understand my circumstance is unique and that they usually take their fee upon pickup, their understanding of my unique needs, how I got burned by a less than reputable broker and willingness to make a onetime exception is the reason I would even take the time to write this review.

I fully recommend this Company and Daniel for their outstanding customer service, honesty and reliability.
