Haul Away was good; trucking company not so good

I had my car shipped from Texas to Washington; Haul Away set it up through K-Line trucking. I had a liaison from Haul Away who I could contact with questions. I attempted to reach my liaison 3 times; 2 times, I had to leave a message and call back. Each time, I had a question about the drop-off date of my car, and he informed me each time that he could not get in touch with the driver. When all was said and done, the driver did not drop off my car door-to-door. At drop off, I had to go a quarter of a mile down the road (no problem). At pick up, however, the driver refused to come any closer than 6 miles to the house for fear of getting stuck (and also because he had to go to Canada afterwards). Nonetheless, my car made it safely with no damage and nothing stolen (I had it shipped with items in it). Overall, I would work with Haul Away again, but I would request a different trucking company. The driver was rude and not reliable.

Alicia, thank you for the feedback. We appreciate any information from our customers. Your Carrier K-Line trucking has been added to our blacklist so that we may not deal with this in the future. We work hard as a team for our customers. Our dispatchers are very picky when dispatching cars, always checking insurance, background information, reviews. Although this company had quality for all the above, it doesn't always work out as such. Thank you for working with us and for the feedback.
