Fantastic Service in an Emergency

After being lied to and ultimately ignored by another transport company (who had over a month to prepare for the delivery), I was left in a major bind.

Literally the same day I discovered that my original plans had fallen through, Dave at Get it Done arranged for a pick up of my vehicle.

I would like to reiterate how astonishing the service was: after giving another company more than a month to prepare and a window of more than a week for pick up and delivery, I was notified less than a week before the promised delivery window that my car would not be transported. In a matter of hours, Get it Done Transportation was able to arrange for the pick up of my vehicle.

Dave was diligent and courteous, and a pleasure to deal with during a particularly stressful situation.

In regards to the transportation itself, the delivery was on time and my vehicle arrived in perfect shape.

I do not have enough good things to say about my dealing with Get it Done Transportation. Dave is honest and reliable, and a shining beacon in a sea of untrustworthy business practices.

Hey Debbie, Thank you for the 5 star stellar review! I am glad that I helped clean up the mess you were in. As I told you and I tell EVERY one of my clients or potential clients in this industry you do not want to bargain shop, number 1 rule is don't go with the most expensive and definitely do not go with the cheapest stick with right in the middle, transport industry is no different then the rest of the world, you get what you pay for!
