Julius, WOW Thank you for the 5 star Stellar review! I work very hard to explain the process thoroughly, and plan for any delays so the customer can plan accordingly, unfortunately in this business, like you stated I explained to you there are many factors why a delivery of a vehicle is late, this is why I always state there is a 24hour window on the back end in case there is a slight delay.
