First of all one of the main reasons I chose this carrier was price. Even though t he amount was being reimbursed to me by my employer, I still wanted the best price. Prices for this move ranged from $420 to $675 with $550 being the most common bid.

My only complaint was delivery. Due to restrictions in my home area of Jupiter, Fl. Transports have to be done away from my subdivision. That's a given.

However, in Baton Rouge, I feel the car could have been delivered directly to my destination address. I was not here to receive it, so my sister in law got the call that the car would have to be delivered away from her home. Basically, she was told that the truck was too heavy for her subdivision street.

If I would have known that up front, I could have given her a heads up.

It was a pleasure to do business with David Pein. He was upfront and had good communication.

I could have easily spent $550 dollars to get the car moved, but why if you don't have to?

Lee, Thank you for the great review about your great experience. Unfortunately, door to door is 90% of the time, sometimes they will request to meet less then a mile away due to the city laws, low trees or a narrow street. I am glad it all worked out as promised. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
