**Scammers** the reviews do not lie

I talked to Ben because he said he had one spot left and a truck would be in my area, he gave me a guaranteed pickup date. He said i needed to pay the 175 deposit to keep that day and the remainder of $565 to the driver. Well that was a lie my car was supposed to be picked up 5/17 and never was. I called numerous times and almost everyday to find out what was going on. My car was finally picked up 5/27 and delivered on 5/31. When the driver got close to my location he called me and told me that i owe him 840.00. I told him that i have a contract that shows $565 as my balance. He told me that he could not give me my car unless i pay him all the money and if i did not pay they would keep my car and i have to pay for impound fees. I paid him and then called Jonathan the next day to figure out what was going on. Once i tried to explain what happened his attitude changed and he was very unprofessional on the phone. He started yelling and would over talk me, not letting me get any words in. He even had the nerve to call me a "Scammer" and said that i was use to scamming people. I find this absolutely absurd, I am a full time student and have never scammed anyone. I mentioned to Jonathan that i saw this complaint from a man who has been on numerous sites complaining. Jonathan then proceeded to tell me that "my first problem was looking at that site and believing the review" then he said "he will sue me for all that i got". I politely hung up the phone as he was threatening me because I did not call to listen to nonsense, I just wanted to resolve the issue. I have reported them and now will be getting legal advice on how to get my money back. I would encourage you all the to the same and fight back against scammers.

~Bottom line~
1) Do yourself a favor and go with another auto transport company
2) The reviews on here are not lies. All of us can not be lying
3) They are not registered with the BBB (if you don't believe me then look for yourself)
4) Learn from all of us, this will save you a lot of time and headaches

this customer was full aware of the additional charge for a 1-4 pickup, of course when the car was being delivered she complained of the charge, but never complained before and constantly kept calling as to when the car was being picked up, it was picked up in the time frame requested and unfortunately must pay for the service requested, as to the extra charge the customer received the contract immediately upon booking the order and could have called and said something or cancelled and received a full refund, but she neglected to do so and now is blaming it on us. Again we only have 1 additional charge, priority service and it is spelled out very clearly in the contract, I guess that she did not want to read.
