Never Moved The Car, Excuses All Day Long

This company promised me the car would be assigned a carrier within 1-7 days.

10 days later they still had no one assigned. They said Utah was a state very few drivers would goto because it is out of the way.

My main contact was mysteriousaly no longer working for the company about 5 days after I agreed to have them move the car.

After doing some research with drivers and other companies I found Express Auto Transport is very slow at paying the drivers. This is the reason no one picked up my car.

I switched to another company, and the same day we had the car scheduled for pick up, in Utah!
So to say that Utah is an area drivers dont go was just a lie.

I feel that Express Auto Transport is in the business of stealing customers deposits, not to move cars.

Costa has made a lot of claims with no proof. Costa first claims to have been guaranteed assignment to a truck within 1-7 days. Over 90% of our orders are assigned within 1-7 days. The fact that Costas main point of contact is no longer with Express Auto Transport is irrelevant due to Costa being reassigned a new main point of contact. As for Costas slow pay claim, unfortunately there are companies that feel they make themselves look better by downgrading other companies. Costas final unfounded claim is that Express Auto is only interested in taking deposits and not moving vehicles. We have been in business since 1996 and members of the BBB. If Costas claims were true there is no way we could still be an industry leader.
