Unable to deliver, stealing my money

Contracted to pick up a van. Unable to do it within 15 days of van being available. Contract was in March. STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. Having to go through credit card company to try and get my money back.

Express Auto Transport regrets that we were unable to move Peters vehicle within our normal timeframe. Peter has received his full refund.
