horrable customer service, rarely did they call back. I was hung up on once too.... I had to wait the 15 days to cancel to get my truck picked up by another carrier. They should change their name to slowautotransport.....the word "express" has nothing to do with this company.

Express Auto Transport spoke to David on eleven seperate occasions after he placed his order with our company. He was not hung up on, he was told by our company represenative that the called was being terminated due to his use of vulgar language.
