Lybnette was great! She called me on the phone and updated the web site so I knew what, and where my new used car was all of the time. After two carriers "fell through" through no fault of Lynette she found Cheyenne transportation and he delivered my car. He was very polite on the phone, called me with estimated times he would arrive and was at my door before I got home from work and had parked my car in its parking spot for me. I was a little nervous about all this but it saved me having to take 3 days off work to go and get the car myself, a one way plane fare that was within $100.00 of the transportation fee, and hotel for a night and cab fare to the dealership. It was actually less expensive to use Express Transport. I would use them again and ask for Lynette.
