Bernice was very honest and replied to all my emails and phone calls. I was originally going with another company that failed to responsed to my emails. That's when I found Excellent Auto Transport. I needed a vehicle transported during the holidays which took about a week to find a carrier but Bernice kept me informed about what we had to do to get a carrier. Also she did not require any money or credit card information until the carrier was found. I paid exactly what was quoted. My carrier was Tiger Creek Transit. He also kept me well informed about delivery and was a pleasure to meet. My auto was picked up and delivered on time. I highly recommend Excellent Auto Transport as well as Tiger Creek and I would not hesitate to use them again.
