I would recommend Excellent Auto Transport to anyone and would call upon them again should I ever need to transport a car in the future. It was so easy working with Bernie who was friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions about the process. There was never a hard sell. Excellent Auto Transport didn't charge me any money until they had found and secured a carrier for the date and price that we had agreed upon. In fact, Bernie sent me a copy of the dispatch with the price clearly marked on it- that way, there would be absolute transparency and clarity with the carrier regarding what was owed upon car delivery. The car was picked up a day early, which was agreed to by me- if it had not been, the driver would have picked the car up the next day as originally planned. The cross-country transport (CA to MA) usually takes 7-10 days- however, the delivery of my car was on the 11th day because I wanted the car to be delivered during the day. Having the car picked up and delivered during the day rather than at night so that it could be properly inspected was one piece of good advice, amongst others, that Bernie gave me.

Thank you for such a great review. You were such a great joy to work with. I loved your laugh and you always brightened my day! I am so glad that we met and could team up to get your Volvo Wagon transported. We like to fully explain the transport process to people because once you understand how it works it just becomes a project and the stress is gone. Life is about relationships and it is because of people like you that we like our business so much. My daughters and I always say there is a story with each transport and we want to help you have a happy ending!
