I received Justin's information from a friend who had just used Dynamic Auto Movers. When I contacted Justin he was very nice and helpful with my concerns. He told me how the process worked and said that he wouldn't have any details until the week of pick up. When a truck was found he called and then sent the contract with the trucking companies name as well as the driver. We used Dynamic twice in 11 months to transport my daughters car from Las Vegas to Orlando and the back to Las Vegas. On the first trip everything went great. On the return there was a small problem with the pick up. It was suppose to be picked up the day before her flight. We hadn't heard from the driver all on the pick up day and it was now 7 pm. I emailed Justin telling him the diver didn't show. He immediately replied and said he would find out what was going on. After about 15 minutes I received another email from Justin telling me that the driver was delayed in Miami and would be there first thing the next morning. I then received a call from the driver and he told me he would be there around 7 am the next morning. At 7 am the next day the phone rang and he was there to pick up the car and 5 days later the car was back in Las Vegas. I would definitely use Dynamic Auto Movers again.
