Horrible Customer Experience

The question is how do you begin to rate this company? Do you start with the fact that I had to file a missing car report with the New York State Police just to ascertain the location of my shipped son’s vehicle? Do I start with the aspect that the vehicle was supposed to be picked up on December 21, yet it was not picked up until December 26th? Do I mention that the truck which picked up my son’s vehicle had hydraulic issues which required me to bring the driver to a local auto parts store to purchase fluid in order to load the vehicle onto his truck? Do I mention the fact that there I encountered NO GPS tracking as advertised on the company’s website? Do I mention that there is NO 24/7 customer support as mentioned on the company’s website? Do I mention that the delivery date was completely wrong, pursuant to contract and in addition to a follow up e-mail by the company? Stay away from this company so you don’t encounter the problems that my family ran into. What truly makes matters worse is that this transport was for a recent veteran of the United States Army, and this company could care less….
