Jerad took excellant care of my son's truck when he was loading it on the carrier. He answered all my questions. He called 15 minutes before we were scheduled to meet. On time and promt. They delivered the truck to my son on time and he was also very pleased. Had a few problems with the office in answering my questions and providing the info I wanted. But in the end, I was very pleased.
