Failed to transport cars ina timely manner as promised

On March 5th Door to Door sent a truck to pick my 2 vehicles from Houston to N. Calif. They only made it to S California Instead of promising delivery of a week, the cars sat in So California for 10 days because they couldn/t get any one to finish the transport for the price they quoted me. It was very hard to get a solid reason why it was taking so long it was excuse after excuse....and that was if they returned my calls!!!!!!! i I run my own business and I understand that sometimes things go astray, but I would never avoid my customers and make up stories about products that were not delivered as promised.....Worst company I have ever dealt with Dennis Alexander

This customer should be ashamed of himself for this review. The only reason we were not able to move his cars from S. Cal. to N. Cal was because he cut a side deal with the driver to save a couple hundred dollars. We sent our driver and the cars were gone, only to find this out after we were there. Also we have all the emails from him to the driver orchestrating the whole process. We hope this review shows that all of are reviews are uncompensated and done out of kindness, and as you can see from are previous reviews this is not how we conduct are business.
