I normally do not respond to surveys for services that I purchased, but in this case I will have to make an exception. As a first time customer to the private automobile transport industry I have to say my experience with Direct Express Auto Transport (D.E.A.T.) was nothing short of remarkable. After searching the internet, finding D.E.A.T's website, reading countless reviews, and my favorite part of the process, receiving an instant quote without divulging personal information, it became apparent this company was the auto transport I was going to utilize. After completing the online forms on a Wednesday afternoon contact was made with the driver on Friday and on the third day out (Saturday) the vehicle was picked up in southwest Florida and promptly ped off, without incident, on Monday in southeast Virginia. I believe this service to be the same or even faster than many parcel services delivering a small package to my front door. From now on when I need another automobile move all I have to do is call Direct Express Auto Transport.
