Direct Express was very efficient and communicated as promised during the 3 week time period from when initial deposit was taken to final drop off. M&H Transport was assigned to my vehicle and Mike could not have been more helpful, kind, understanding, prompt, efficient and informative. I was having my 82 year old mothers car transported and she was very nervous about the whole process and worried about the pickup and drop off time line. Mike called me prior to pickup and even arrived early to ease my mothers worry. He dropped the car off at the promised time and called me prior to let me know the progress and also after he had delivered the car just to let me know everything went well. I wish every service I contracted for would have this kind of customer service. Mike deserves a gold star for his performance. Thank you Direct Express and M&H Transport.
