Horrible!!!!!! Do Not Use

Placed an order with Direct Express Auto on a Wednesday. I called back the following Wednesday, because I had yet to be assigned a driver. I told them that other companies I called in the last couple of days told me I was grossly "under quoted" because of the location of the car (Madison, IN), and that no drivers wanted to go there for the small quote Direct gave me, and that was why my car was still in Madison. Direct then said that I was actually "over quoted" to get drivers to go to that location. Well I went to Direct Express Auto's site and got a quote for the same car but in Indianapolis, IN (1 1/2 hours further north), and it cost $25 more. I then got a quote for Chicago, IL. (5 hours further north), and it was only $50 more!!! How was I "over quoted"??? They then sent me an email reimbursing $25 of my deposit, but notified me that I had to pay the driver the extra $25. When I complained about that they cancelled my order without consulting me, but notified me via email and not by phone. Most of the reviews on this site for Direct Express Auto are by people who were compensated by Direct for doing so. That's what the 'green dot' by the reviewers' names to the right of the screen stands for. Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that HAS good business practices, and DOESN'T compensate people to write reviews for them. Our outstanding record, including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, speaks for itself. Customer Camran Huy Nguyen might be feeling the pangs of unrequited love, because at our discretion we canceled his order. Now what does that tell you? We wish Camran Huy Nguyen lots of luck in all his future interactions.
