Having never shipped a car before, I had my concerns. Direct Express was absolutely fantastic. The person who helped me initially, knew every answer to every question and even walked me through what to expect for the next few days, after booking the transportation. I booked this on a Friday morning, expecting pick up to happen on Monday. But, they picked up the car on Saturday. Awesome! After 500 miles, the car was received on Monday. Again, way ahead of expectations.
I love companies who under promise and over deliver.
