Call center people were helpfull and answered all the questions I had. The truck dirver was on time for pick-up and kept me up to date on where he was and when to expect delivery of my vehicle. The was no damage to my vehicle during transport. Car was dirty, but nothing more than what would be expected for a cross country journey on an open carrier. I would recommend if someone has a car with a nice paint job to have it transported on top of carrier so there is no worry of vehicle fluids leaking on your car from vehicle above. Over all it was a trouble free experience with a tough to beat price.
