Only one word suits for this company...WORST SERVICE EVER I GOT IN USA. I will not recommend this to anyone. They were lying about pick up time and they don't have carrier to pick my car because my car is in Westville, IL. At the time of order they told me they will require 5 to 7 business days for pick up my car. After first week I called them and they told me within this week your car is going to pick definitely so I wait another week. After 2nd week they told me we don't have carrier ready to pick your car so we are looking for carrier to pick your car. After 2nd week I called them every day and they don't have any carrier for 3 week also. After 3 weeks I got frustrated and because of I called them so many times they cancelled my order. I did not tell them to cancel my order but still after wasting my 3 weeks they cancelled my order. SO PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE..!!!

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. At our discretion we cancelled customer Sanket Patels order and refunded his deposit because he refused to understand or accept that we could not guarantee when his vehicle would be picked up in a very remote Illinois location. His stories are false and he is angry because we rejected his business. Why anyone would advertise that about themselves is a curiosity. We wish Mr. Sanket Patel lots of luck in all his future interactions.
