Direct Express was very easy to use. I booked online and then I received an email with the specifics of my order. A few days later the car was assigned and I was given the phone number of the driver. We talked and he let me know when he would be picking up my car. He was on time and courteous. He also delivered my car sooner than he had told me. He kept me posted on the status of my delivery throughout the process. It was a great experience. I would definitely use this service again.
