This is the second time I've used Direct Express and both experiences were very positive. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process and they are great at answering all questions and simplifying what could be a complicated event. Even when there was a misunderstanding with the initially assigned transporter, Direct Express handled the issue flawlessly (even over the weekend) and my vehicle was picked up on-time at my door with no additional charge to me.
This is a professional, expert company with great concern for meeting customer needs and it's all performed at a competitive and affordable price.
