Even after 10 days, my car was never picked up. When i placed the order, i was told that it will be picked up in 1-7 days. when i called them on 7th day, they said "well only 90% of order gets fullfilled in 7 days" and sent me a copy of policy from the loop corner of their website. I spoke to someone called Jessica while placing the order, she said that vehicle will be delivered in 2 weeks.
They use the word "Usually" to hide all these hidden delays. I have started doubting even the information posted on company is correct or not. When someone is handling 20000+ vehicles a year, i dont believe they struggle to find a truck for 10 days. This is one of worst companies around.. Now i know, some salesperson will reply to this msg and wish me luck. Instead i am wishing them in advance. I am complaining in BBB as well.

Our outstanding record, including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, speaks for itself. Not sure who Rajesh is, but customer Ramya Pandi wanted a guaranteed date of pickup and was told that his location in southern Indiana was at least 50 miles away from a major city, and hence might not ship within seven days. We wish Mr. Pandi lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
