We received multiple quotes from other automobile shippers who literally hounded us daily to use their services, yet were unlikely to provide an actual human when we attempted to contact them by phone to verify information. Direct Express Auto Transport, unlike the others, always provided a very pleasant, knowledgeable individual to promptly answer the phone and answer our questions, regardless of where in the process we were. The prices were quite reasonable and the knowledge that we always had a human point of contact provided an extra sense of security. The driver was prompt - actually picked our car up a day early - and very courteous. We were quite impressed that he even delivered our car on a Sunday. We were driving from California to Virginia due to a cross-country move and were concerned that the car we shipped could potentially arrive before we did - the driver worked with us and the car arrived in Virginia on the same day that we did. The car was in excellent condition and a quick wash the next day was all that was necessary to return it to its pristine condition.
After this experience, we can honestly say that Direct Express Auto Transport is the only company we'd use if we ever have the need to ship another car in the future.
