I was told initially that the vehicle would be picked up in 1-3 days. It wasn't, and I had to call to ask why. I was told that sometimes it goes up to a week. After 11 days, I still had never been contacted. I had to call them again and this time I asked if they could commit to having it picked up within the next 3 days (14 total), they would not commit. I canceled. To get you to sign the contract they make all kinds of promises that they can't keep. Terrible experience.

Our outstanding record, including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, speaks for itself. Customer Sean Clark was never told 1-3 days, that is a falsehood. And since Mr. Clark booked it himself online, he would have read that the online quotes work over 90% of the time, picking up within one week of the first date available, especially if auto shipping from one major metropolitan area to another. But Sean was one of only four cars (need 8-10) going from Charlotte to Park City and absolutely knew that his shipment would likely take longer. We wish Sean Clark lots of success in all his future endeavors.
