the time i made the order on line they contacted my sister inlaw and the car was picked up the weather was bad very bad ice storm in the whole reigion was delayed for safty reasons but the car still made it hear i 5 days and the driver was very pleasent and nice truck was clean very satisfied i got other info from other companys they were a little cheaper but not by much this a quality company and they stand by what they say on there web sight dont be fooled by a lesser company i have before .
