This is my second time using Direct Express Auto Transport and both times they have been very friendly on the phone, easy to work with, and delivered as promised.
The only negatives are: 1) the truck driver spoke very broken english and was difficult to communicate with (central dispatch for the carrier was great) 2) car arrived with the exterior very dirty so I immediately had to take the car to the car wash (was expecting some dirt but wondows were so dirty going to the car wash was a matter of safety)
